The Tijaniya order in Benin

The Tijaniya order entered the state of Benin at the beginning of the emergence of the Fayda, and the order spread throughout it, and among the senior sheikhs of the order there:

Sheikh Issa Jibril. His meeting with the sheikh was through Sheikh Thani Al-Kanwi, and Sheikh Issa was good at preaching in the Yorba language.

He founded his large zawiya with a traditional school that turned into a Nazmi institute.

Among the most prominent sheikhs of the State of Benin: Sheikh Mohammed bin Ibrahim, known as Malm Yaro. His meeting with the Sheikh, may God be pleased with him, was in Ghana.
